- A4 sheet
- Sketch pen
- Leaves
Instructions For the My Green Tree Activity
- On an A4 sheet, draw out a tree.
- Crush the leaves and spread them on the tree (Refer to video).
- Repeat process until all the green portion of the tree is painted.
The green tree is ready!
Introduce your child to the concept of chlorophyll and how they add the green look to the leaves. Encourage them to paint a few other trees using the same technique. Once done, you can hang this sheet in a place of their choice.
